WSIB Community Mental Health Program
The Workplace Safety and Insurance Boards Community Mental Health Program for people who: 1) have a registered WSIB claim; 2) have experienced a psychological reaction after a work-related physical injury; or, 3) have experienced a significant psychological response to a workplace incident or cumulative incidents, such as traumatic mental stress, chronic mental stress, or first responder posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
Dr. Day previously worked as a consultant psychologist for the WSIB and worked in the WSIB Workplace Safety and Health Program speciality program at the Centre for Additions and Mental Health (CAMH). He is currently an approved psychological provider in WSIB’s Community Mental Health Program and provides psychological assessments and treatment to people with WSIB claims.
